This data originates from WhatsApp Business Cloud API event payloads provided by the user’s own environment or test setup.

How data is used

• Data is used solely to render message timelines, conversations, threads, and journeys within the application.

• Data is not used to train AI models.

• Data is not sold, shared, or used for advertising purposes.

Data storage

• Message data may be temporarily stored to support application functionality.

• No data is retained beyond what is required for normal operation, inspection, and debugging of message flows.

Third parties

• ThymeLine does not share message data with third parties, except for infrastructure and hosting providers required to operate the application.

• ThymeLine is intended for organisational and professional use rather than consumer chat.
