Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to and use of the BasilMinTyme platform, including the ThymeLine dashboard and related services.

Service Description

BasilMinTyme provides a software platform that enables businesses to integrate with and use the WhatsApp Business Platform via the WhatsApp Business Cloud API.

BasilMinTyme acts solely as a technology provider and does not provide messaging services directly to end users.

Customer Confirmation & Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Ensuring they have the legal right and consent to message recipients

• Complying with WhatsApp Business Platform policies and applicable laws

• Managing their own WhatsApp Business Account, phone numbers, templates, and messaging content

Data Ownership

Customer data and message content remain the property of the customer.

BasilMinTyme does not claim ownership of customer message content and does not act as a data controller for end-user information.

Acceptable Use

Customers must not use the platform for unlawful, abusive, or policy-violating activities. BasilMinTyme may suspend or terminate access in cases of misuse or violations of platform policies.

Availability & Changes

BasilMinTyme may update or modify the platform as part of normal development and improvement.
