Customers may delete or manage their data by:
Disconnecting their WhatsApp Business Account from the ThymeLine platform, or
Managing data retention and deletion within their own systems where the platform is self-hosted

Upon request, BasilMinTyme will take reasonable steps to delete or disable access to platform-stored data, subject to operational and legal requirements.
